We manufacture the semi-finished milling cutters entirely by grinding and from hardened steel bars in order to obtain very precise geometries:

• cylindricity ≤0,003mm
• eccentricity ≤0,009mm

The shank is manufactured in accordance with ISO 1797:2017.

We sharpen the cutting parts using the best linear motor grinding machines, which guarantee the highest quality and precision available today.

After sharpening, the cutters undergo a variety of finishing treatments including;

• Complete deburring
• Lucidatura Ra<0,15µm (a specchio)
• Cutting edge honing Radius 8/12µm

These treatments significantly increase tool life and enhance the user experience.

In order to guarantee the stainlessness of steel tools, we passivate them. This treatment significantly increases their service life and makes them suitable for use in medical applications.

Each cutter can be engraved with standard or customised graphics and coding. Thanks to the latest generation of laser technology, which does not alter the chromium (C) content of the steel, thestainlessness of the tools is preserved even during marking.

To maximise the performance and durability of the cutters, a DLC coating can be applied. This treatment is biocompatible and comes with a "certificate of non-cytotoxicity".

A visual recognition coding is usually applied to this type of tool by painting a surface section (coloured ring). Only biocompatible (non-cytotoxic) paints are used for this treatment.

All our tools are tested according to the strict standards imposed by ISO 13485:2016 certification.

At the end of the production cycle, each batch is accompanied by its own measurement certificate.

In order to facilitate recurring supplies when necessary and to optimise stock management costs, when ordering we offer the possibility of organising the storage of material at our premises and of activating scheduled tool supply methods even over the medium/long term.
